current visual practice

2019 has been a stormy year, politically and environmentally. Many changes are afoot and people are nervous about how they will be affected by them.

I have been painting landscapes which absorb the idea of Nature as a therapeutic agent, to heal troubled minds, while simultaneously being under threat by climate change. This painting is called take off that tin star and drop it in the river (rebel rebel rebel). It was completed during Mental Health Week, 2019
